Vanterra Foundation Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to join us in our pursuit of excellence. Vanterra Foundation Solutions owns and operates locally branded foundation repair contracting companies across the East Coast and Midwest, including Liftech.  The Marketing Manager position is an opportunity to work for a fast-growing business, going from regional to national. We are looking to bring on a teammate with proven experience in meeting lead-generation goals. If you’ve been in the home repair or home services market, this would be a plus!

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Marketing Manager to drive the lead generation efforts for a region of our local home services businesses. In this position, you will work directly with Vanterra Foundation’s marketing team, the local brand leadership, and report to the Senior Marketing Director. You will seek to increase the brand awareness of the brands you manage through both traditional and new media campaigns. You will help develop new marketing strategies for our brand. You will collaborate with other departments within our company to brainstorm fresh marketing ideas.

Income:
$75k-$96k / year
A combination of salary & comission.  Depending on apptitude.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and departments.  Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick-thinking problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Experience with Digital Marketing:  Google pay per click, google analytics, email marketing and wordpress.  Excel and/or Google Sheets experience.  Social media experience, especially with Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Graphic Design:  Basic graphic design skills a plus!

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:  Responsible for the lead-generation goals of each local brand.
• Budgeting: Manage advertising budgets for the local brands in your portfolio.
• Local Management Collaboration: Work with local brand leadership to be sure their marketing needs are met.
• Content Generation:  Read, edit and be responsible for all advertising and marketing content for your local brands.  Create content for online expansion of the local brands.
• Sales Collaboration: Manage marketing and sales collateral. Order with vendors as necessary.
• Reputation Management & Improvement: Manage and support the online reputation, customer reviews, and online company profile listings for the local brands in your portfolio
• Referral Lead Generation:  Build referrals through various campaigns that you help create and manage.
• Event Planning: Manage shows and events in your service areas.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns.  Build automated text and email journies consistent with branding & messurable lead generation.
• Reporting: Lead totals, lead costs, marketing spend, and ROI
